If you forget your Mail Administration or "postmaster" password, you just need to send in a ticket with the first 2 and last 4 digits of your credit card number as verification to have it retreived for you. Usually, your Mail Aministration (postmaster) password will originally be set to either the last 4 digits of your credit card number or your original Control Panel password so you might want to try those first.
