HostRocket registered my domain name; how will I know when to renew?

It is important to keep track of your domain renewal dates to be sure there is no lapse in registration. These can be reviewed in your client area:

https://support.hostrocket.com/clientarea.php

under Domains > My Domains.

Domains do not renew automatically like hosting packages would. You can enable auto-renewal for domains on the 'Manage Domain' page, however, please keep in mind that domains do not auto-renew by default because they are non-refundable.

Additionally, renewal reminders should be sent by the billing system prior to the domain's expiration to the contact email address associated with the account. This is only one of many reasons it's important to make sure that your contact address is always a valid/active off-network address (i.e. not an address on any domain we register or host).
