As far as creating your web site there are many web authoring programs and WYSIWYG (What You See Is What You Get) HTML editors available for purchase and/or download on the web (including try-before-you-buy shareware and a few freeware programs). These are often a good way for customers with no previous knowledge of HTML to create respectable looking web pages without learning a lot of hypertext coding. If you later decide to learn HTML in addition to the general information which can be found in the HTML section of this FAQ there are plenty of good tutorials posted online as well.
