How do I connect to the MySQL database remotely?

To connect to your MySQL database remotely, you will need to login into your control panel and go to your "Remote MySQL" feature. From here, you can grant remote access permission by either entering the IP address you will be connecting from or you can enter % which will enable remote access permission to anyone who has the correct login information.

When connecting, you should use the MySQL username and password that you created and granted access to your database.

Please refer to the cPanel documentation for database features, here.
