This article provides information on how to gain access to an account in the unfortunate circumstance that the account owner has passed away.
If you have access to the email address used as the primary contact for the account owner:
If are able to access the contact email address on file to be able to receive a password reset, you can follow the steps in the following articles to reset the login password, as well as issue a cancellation request if necessary.

Cancelling Your Account
If you do not have access to the account holder's email address, and are the executor of the deceased's estate:
Please send an email to [email protected] with the following information / documents (acceptable attachment file formats are: .jpg, .gif, .png or .pdf):
-- Information which will allow us to locate the account in question, such as the contact email address, domain name, or an invoice number
-- A photo of the death certificate of the deceased
-- A copy of the document that gives you power of attorney or estate
-- A photo of your government issued ID, such as a drivers license, passport, state ID, etc.
and either:
-- A request to cancel the services.
or
-- An alternate email address to use for login, if access to the account is desired.
If you do not have access to the account holder's email address, and are not the executor of the deceased's estate:
You will need to contact the person who has been authorized to act on behalf of the account owner's estate to request that they provide you with access to the account. They will need to provide HostRocket with the above information.
