You will need to login with your full email address as the username and the corresponding password. If you need your email account password reset then you will need to login to your respective DirectAdmin control panel interface. Once logged in, switch to the 'User' level next to the 'Access Level' section at the top lefthand corner of the screen. Next, click on 'E-mail Accounts' under the 'E-mail Manager' section. You can then click on the '+' next to your email account and select 'Change Password'. Please be sure that you update this password in your mail program as well to avoid connectivity issues.
