All hosting accounts are renewed automatically on the anniversary date of your account, unless you cancel your account ahead of time.
example: If you signup on January 1st, for a semi-annual (6 month) billing plan, your next charge will be on July 1st.

and you'll find the next due date for any hosting packages under Services > My Services, and the domain renewal dates under Domains > My Domains.
