How do I update my billing information?

To update your billing information, you would login to your client area:

https://support.hostrocket.com/clientarea.php

Once logged in, you should see Your Info on the left side of the page right underneath your support pin. Click on Update to change your information.

You can also update your credit card on file under the Billing dropdown > Manage Credit Card.

If you cannot remember the password for your client area, there is a "Forgot Password?" option under the login form, which will send you an email with a password reset link.
