Disputes over the ownership of accounts may sometimes arise between or among multiple persons, such as between a business owner and a web developer; reseller and their client; or several business partners. HostRocket is not responsible for arbitrating disputes in account ownership.

It is the responsibility of the customer/disputing parties to come to a resolution on the ultimate ownership of the account and inform HostRocket clearly of the agreed upon outcome.
