There are no hidden fees with HostRocket. Fees are listed on our hosting plans page, and the only ones that exist other than our regular hosting packages are for additional services which would be requested, such as:
Dedicated IP Address: $2/mo
Remote Backup: $5 per backup
All new shared hosting plans do usually incur a $29.95 one-time setup fee, as noted on the package descriptions. You may want to look for special promotions which waive the setup fee on longer billing cycles to avoid the setup fee.
