Go to Services > My Services > Manage Product. On the left side of the page, under Actions, you can select Request Cancellation.
Alternatively, we can accept a written request for cancellation sent in an email to [email protected]. Please include the support pin on the top left of your client area as verification.
Please note: Cancellation requests sent via email are not considered complete without this verification information and a subsequent response from our support team indicating receipt and process of the cancellation.
