How do I transfer ownership of my account to another party?

If all products, services, domain registrations, etc. are to be transferred from one party to another, it is the responsibility of the current account owner to login to their HostRocket client area and update the contact information on file for the account to that of the new owner's, in order to allow them access:

Please note that updating the contact information in your billing area for our service does not update the domain's registrant information, so this will also need to be completed, if necessary. See here for more information.

Both the current and new owners must also fill out the Transfer of Account Ownership form, as outlined in section 2, 'Transferring Account Ownership' of our Account Access and Ownership Policy.
