What should I do if there is a dispute about the ownership of the account?

Disputes over the ownership of accounts may sometimes arise between or among multiple persons, such as between a business owner and a web developer; reseller and their client; or several business partners. HostRocket is not responsible for arbitrating disputes in account ownership.

It is the responsibility of the customer/disputing parties to come to a resolution on the ultimate ownership of the account and inform HostRocket clearly of the agreed upon outcome.

For further information, please refer to section 3, 'Account Ownership Disputes' of our Account Access and Ownership Policy.
