How do I get SSH access enabled for my account?

SSH Access is not enabled by default, but it can be enabled by request. You may request SSH access by sending in a support ticket:

https://support.hostrocket.com/submitticket.php

Alternatively, you can send an email directly to [email protected]. Please be sure you recieve an auto-response from the billing system with your ticket number.

For verification to make any changes to accounts, we require that you provide us with your 5 digit support pin on the top left of your client area. Please include this information in your initial ticket for a more expedient resolution.
