How do I update my domain contact information?

Should you need or want to make any changes to the Registrant contact information for the domain, you can do so in your client area:

https://support.hostrocket.com/clientarea.php

Under Domains > My Domains > select the wrench icon next to the domain.

**Please note: We do not authorize the use of any "@hostrocket.com" email address as a contact email for domain registrations. As per ICANN regulation, the registrant name, email, address, etc. MUST be up-to-date and accurate to the domain holder, and cannot contain false or empty information. Failure to ensure this information is up-to-date could result in suspension by ICANN. **

As per ICANN regulation, any change to the Registrant contact information for the domain does incur a 60 day transfer lock, and will require approval of the contact change through an email sent to the Registrant email address. This may be different from the primary contact email address on file for the HostRocket billing account. Failure to approve the contact change within 14 days of the changes being made could result in suspension by ICANN.
